Add configuration for max request size and websocket timeout #22

Max request size would allow the users to upload bigger payloads.
increased websocket timeout should help Vaadin apps that use push and use the default heartbeat setting of 5 minutes.

Should be configurable per-project.

websocket timeout: the proxy_read_timeout parameter needs to be set to a higher value, say 300s (the default is 60s): https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/configuration/ingress-resources/advanced-configuration-with-annotations
for the request size, probably the nginx.org/client-max-body-size parameter is applicable.
