Python Poetry Version Issue #4

Had to downgrade my base Python for Poetry to work. If my base Python is >3.9 there's an issue with setuptools

I suggest we fix that as a last thing. It would also be nice to upgrade to lastest flower version, but let's make sure it works for everyone for the current setup and then we will do the upgrade.
