Describe the bug There is a double hover effect on files and images sent in chat

To Reproduce

Open Talk conversation
Send image or file in chat
Hover over the image or file

Expected behavior There should only be one hover effect around the whole message like with text messages

Setup (please complete the following information):

Nextcloud version: 21.0.2
Theme version: 21.0.7
Browser and browser version: Firefox 89

Additional context Talk version is 11.2.2
