backup single device from cmd which is not in zenoss but in custom router.db #1

zenrancid run --device="mydevice" will not work unless "mydevice" is in Zenoss.

This works for all devices except for the devices which are not in Zenoss but which are added to the custom router.db files.

This issue does not occur for the zenmodeler, only when running zenrancid manual with the --device parameter.
