171 next section on dashboard wrong #196

@caioertai I tried to add order(position: :asc) to #missing_sections, and played with some other things, but I'm still returning the incorrect section. Let me know if you have any other ideas on this one. Thanks.

@caioertai where I'm having the issue isn't with the course menu but with the "Suggested" section in the dashboard. In the screenshot it should be showing "Basic Argument Anatomy & Recognition" as the first missing section. But it shows a different one.
