What else to strip out of FuGE #19

There are still some inherited parts of FuGE that may be unnecessary, or
some that I have removed that might still be required.

1. All FuGE protocols have inputTypes and outputTypes associations to
OntologyTerm (this is intended to "help" the ProtocolApplication know what
types of inputs and outputs are allowed

I suggest removing this

2. Protocol, Software, Equipment and Action can all have CV terms (types)
to describe what they are?

Keep or remove, I'm not sure if these will be used?

3. Any Identifiable elements can have a BibliographicReference and
DatabaseReference for giving more information about them

My opinion for Protocols etc this is quite useful to keep in?

4. Should users be able to use ProtocolApplication as they were intended
i.e. supply runtime values for the protocol, equipment, software? In the
analysisXML schema, an additional mechanism has been added for runtime
values - so there are currently two ways of doing this - need to decide on
one or the other.

5. ProtocolApplication also allows textual protocolDeviations to be
described, a dateTime it was performed, and a Contact/role for the performed

- Check that these are all wanted?

I've added an Excel file here
http://code.google.com/p/psi-pi/source/browse/trunk/schema/InheritedFromFuGE.xls

outlining what is inherited from FuGE in the current version.

During the discussions we moved to a FuGE light schema and decided for each of
the
attributes whether to drop or to keep them.
