No 'type' attribute for UserParam #68

Having different attributes for these otherwise common types between PSI 
formats makes it difficult for projects to share data types between them. Since 
this is the only different attribute, I think we might as well add it.

Yes I agree, we had intended for these to be identical so somehow this got 
missed, I'll make this change and upload a revised schema
