It sets the Size1/Size2 options in block-wise transfers to indicate the total transfer size. Support is incomplete in the sense that the RFC specifies that an empty Size2 option may be used by a client to ask the server for a size estimate, while this change adds the Size2 option to responses regardless of whether it was set in the corresponding request.
It adds support for non-atomically processed block transfers. The RFC allows servers to process block-wise requests block by block, and to indicate this by not setting the More bit in it's response. With this change, txthings will continue to send blocks until the server replies with a non-Success (2.xx) response or all blocks have been sent.
