Update groupId in pom to org.owasp #112

Update groupId to org.owasp so that it matches that of the AntiSamy project.

Whilst there was nothing wrong with the old groupId, Maven users would 
generally expect RDN as the groupId and my feeling is we should fall in line 
with AntiSamy as they have already pushed snapshots to Sonotype. 

This work was completed in r1220.
