Fix example scripts so they work for both downloaded ESAPI .zip and source pulled from SVN repository #114

See the current (Rev 1231) src/examples/README file for what needs to
change.

Reason for change is directory structure that developers use when pulling
source from ESAPI Subversion repository is different than directory structure
of what is delivered in ESAPI .zip file from Google Code downloads page.

Once these changes are made to the example scripts, simplify the README
file once again.

Fixed in the ESAPI 2.0 rc7 release. Examples now work properly regardless of 
whhether a developer has downloaded ESAPI directly from the SVN repository or 
via the .zip file as long as the "dot" the proper environment script first. 
Details are in src/examples/README.txt.
