Fixing Paths of Node API docs #40

Generated files got uploaded into the Root dir instead of the "Node" subdir which was intented due to a missing "cd".

This is a fix for my last PR #39 , sorry for the circumstances

This PR has no effect on consensus or relevant code, it's just a CI fix.
