After creating seed on windows, get critical error #36

Also got a critical error after seed loaded. Was able to restart, but then it said it could not get all information from wallet713v2.toml due to read error. The wallet worked after that though.

Turns out grinbox was not running. The disk was full and had to restart rabbitmq. Will increase hard drive space and look into some other workarounds. I will test windows again and if that was the issue will close these.
