Swaps, customization of ElectrumX connection. #494

For every coin we need to maintain a public ElectrumX server. User should be able to use custom Electrum X server for the swaps.

Will pick up where we left off for setting up the ElectrumX server for bitcoin cash.

That need to be done for QT wallet. Also we will need to have a fallback connections. Fallback will not be updated from the QT wallet, that will be part of mwc-wallet/mwc713 configs

Testing can be done when qt wallet support will be done. Need to verify that ElectrumX failover works as expected. Also every swap trade has it's own electrumX server settings. They should override the default ones.
