Validate Cold Wallet installation workflow and come with a document for that #507

We want to validate Cold Wallet installation on Ubuntu 18.04 & 20.04.
We need to focus on installation of qt libraries. Ubuntu installation has it, but they need to be selected.

Already tested installation for cold wallet on both ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04.01 and wrote new cold wallet installation guide which also contains instructions for upgrading mwc-qt-wallet software without a network connection. Hi @jbyrer , documentation really does exist and it is correct now. Please go through and try to install that wallet. If it confusing please point what is exactly hard to understand.

My opinion that any choices that include the network must be eliminated. If user can make mistake - it will be made. Also users don't like to read, user want to follow steps and get a result.
