Description: In the mobile wallet --> OUTPUTS page, the Lock/Unlock MWC feature is missing. In desktop wallet, we have LOCK/UNLOCK feature, expecting the same in Mobile wallet too.

This feature is minor. Originally it was introduced for HODL use cases. Let's not postpone it. We will ask Jon if it is really needed.
