Change cumulative difficulty to incremental difficulty #17

Currently in the block explorer we show cumulative difficulty, need to show the incremental difficulty. So, it should be current block "total_difficulty" minus previous block "total_difficulty".

This is fixed. Now it is showing the incremental difficulty.
