come up with the css part for the proof verification page to look consistent with other pages #6

Currently when uploading a file to verify proof, the result of the verification is the page with the old css style; but we would like this page to look the same with all the other pages of the block explorer.

Removed the green banner. Now it looks ok. Resolved.
