Making "Previous"/"Next" buttons opaque when they are not clickable #7

The "Previous" button on the very first page of all the blocks, and the "next" button on the very last page of all the blocks, are not clickable. We should make them opaque to indicate that they are not clickable.

Brent, I have embedded the "inactive" when those buttons are not clickable. Please style it.

Fixed on branch "topic/hcasaletto/more_on_be". Deployed on AWS http://34.238.121.224:8080.
