removed data= construct that dies with astropy 1.0.5 #104

Changes to CCDproc break reducer since it constructs CCDData objects with the data= syntax

Yeah, it is actually a change to NDData in astropy...it also broke a couple things in ccdproc. I'll try to get a release out tomorrow with this and the other change you submitted. Might not happen until Friday, though...
