Add example of making sky flat #107

Should amount to simply using a combiner widget on dark-subtracted light images, along with mad_std sigma clipping.

@mwcraig is it ok to add the example right on the reduction jupyter notebook?

I think ideally it would be in a different notebook; not everyone will want to do sky flats.
