Only save uncertainty/mask planes of masters if the data has those planes #119

Arguably the user should be able to choose whether this is done...but for now this seems like a sensible default.

If the data does not have an uncertainty plane, then the uncertainty is not used sensibly anyway (and does not seem to be saved in the reduced images).
