simplify adapting threejs examples #10

The huge amount of threejs examples is one of the lib's biggest strengths. In advance of the kimotion hackathon, figure out a way, whether by documentation or instruction or example, to help kimo hackers bring threejs examples they like into kimotion. Likely some will not be versed in 3d programming.
