Sorry to say that last 1.0.3 is worst then the previous one. The category links doesn't works when added to a navigation menu. It doesn't fix the mistranslated name in shop page (it's not a main problem) but worst of all when I switch from italian to english almost always say 404 page not found.

To much fuss for creating a website using your plugin.

Can you describe where you get those problems so I can reproduce them?

Hi, sorry for the delay. I found it in this places: 1- I made a new category with this version, I added the category in a menu like others but it doesn't find the category page or product giving result page not found in both languages I have. 2- while yesterday using it in combination with qtranslate slug it worked perfectly everywhere with today version both plugin cannot work together. But worst all pages where not found. I deactivated the second plugin and let only your and qtranslate also in this way pages are not found neither in category nor other links. I mean if I'm in shop page IT language if I switch to EN language appears the error page not found in stead of changing to English shop page.

I reverted to your previous version and anything works fine again.

You can see my site if you click on Catalogue&Shop > Testing2 now it works and I created it this morning with latest 1.0.3 version but I have now installed the 1.0.2 and qTranslateSlug otherwise it doesn't work at all

Can you try the following with the latest version (with qTranslate slug disabled and a second time with it enabled):

wocmultimedia commented 10 years ago

which value I have to write in?

mweimerskirch commented 10 years ago

I have: Product category base: product-category Product tag base: product-tag Product attribute base: product-attribute But you can use whatever you want as long as it's not the WooCommerce default value

Hello Michel,

GOODNEWS!!! I made the tests with and without QtranslateSlug. It works in both way. Still the category in shop page isn't translated but I can deactivate it and there's no need for it. I deactivated QtranslateSlug, and made all tests now also the woocommerce product category widget works. Please, have a check at The product I added you can guess it's called New product pre-path mode and category is NewVersion

I have: Product category base: product_category Product tag base: product_tag Product attribute base: product_attribute

Thanks. I'll add a note to the plugin description

wocmultimedia commented 10 years ago

Hey, Just for your knowledge the category and attribute label in backend are shown in this way which is the same problem I found in shop page [:en]NewVersion [:it]NuovaVersione maybe can help you to make your plugin complete 100%
