Add KSPedia entries #19

As the title says; we need KSPedia entries for:

  1. [X] NEOS Overview
  2. [X] Kemini
  3. [X] KEES
  4. [x] KLS
  5. [x] OMS

Tricky bit: How to localize? I believe it requires a separate set of pages for each language since they are all graphics, not text.
