add el nido airport #65

The airports seems not to have an official icao callsign but regarding to this page it seems to be PH-E.

Interesting one. Acukwik lists it as RPXX. I'm not entirely sure it's not a placeholder either, since it really does seem to not have a proper ICAO code, but I think RPXX is the best option here.

Could you please update your entry to RPXX?

RPXX is also fine for me, we are using the iata anyway. I also added the elevation as of Acukwik.
