Feature: Airlines #66

It would be a great addition to get also a list of all airlines with some meta informations. These lists are difficult to find and often not up-to-date. Also there are some airlines which use multiple codes and so on. I already got a list with many airlines, maybe we can use it as a base if it's wanted here.

Could certainly be useful. I'd rather have that as a separate repo though, no reason for it to be in the same repo as airports. So feel free to publish it on your account and I'll add a link to it from here, or I can make a repo for it here.

I just looked it up and the file is completely messed up. I will post it as soon as I have a little bit of time for it and will get back to you than.
