MXP-002-01 - ffmpeg dep.lib: bzip2 #13

  1. Code repository will be restructured as reasonably possible to conform with MXP standard
  2. Projects for the following will be supported (initially):
    • msvc 2015 (v14)
  3. Solution name: bzip2
  4. Projects within solution:
    • libbz2 - static or shared library
    • bzip2 - command line application linked to the respective library; required to perform tests to confirm compiled binaries function as expected
