Can you attach a full debug log please.
What happens when you try this url: "http://thetvdb.com/api/" in IE?

Can you request an api key from the thetvdb.com, then replace <apikey> and try
again
in IE: http://thetvdb.com/api/<apikey>/mirrors.xml
I have no idea why this is failing for you.

I try it with 73255 (Dr House) and 76290 (Twenty Four) in IE.
But i get a HTTP 404 Error. Page not found.
I don't understand why this not working for me.
I have set the MP in the Windows-Firewall.
Have i do anything adjust in the Internet Settings or in MP?
Thank you for helping me.

There is nothing I can really do if its working sometimes and others not.
Problem can be either a Environment issue on the client or the server is having
problems, not much the plugin can do to resolve this.
