Episodes (and whole seasons) disappearing after update

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Manual update to add unrecognised episodes

For example, I had 106 different series showing, and I did a manual search
on some episodes that were unrecognised (season extras etc, just like
normal). After this, clicked start import like normal, and when finished,
only had 99 series.

This has happened several times now.

Using version 2.2.3389

Some of the series that aren't now recognised, have been showing for months
and I haven't changed them.

you need to attach logs after this happens, preferably when the plugin is set to
Debug log level in configuration.

It was normal log... Where do I find it?

Enter TVSeries configuration, its in the General tab. Set to 'Debug' log level 
and
reproduce the problem, then attach log immediately after the situation occurs.

It only happens every-so-often, so can I leave the log level at debug for a 
while?

And where do I find the actual log file once the problem does occur again?

I havent been able to reproduce this ever, im closing. If you reproduce again 
please
re-open with a full set of logs using the MediaPortal Guidelines
