Please attach a full set of logs after you have reproduced the issue.

Does the same issue occur when you play from MyVideos plugin?

If you're referring to the standard shared folders, then no. I'm using the
latest
Black Glass skin, and the only issue I'm having in regards to the MyVideos
display is
that I can't change the view type (list, icons, etc.). But as far as an error
from
GUI when I return from a video, the original error as stated above only occurs
within
the MPTVSeries space, not MyVideos or Moving Pictures.

I have always had this issue as well and have noticed it has been fixed in
Moving
Pictures and My Videos. It almost appears as though it attempts to launch the
internal player after the external one exits. I specifically misconfigured the
CODECS
on the internal player so it can't launch and I just get an error instead.

I have attached a log from mine as you had asked (this is 100% reproducable).
