Empty view doesn't show poster on re-entry, or first poster going back to a working view

Used MP-TVSeries v2.5.0.924 on MediaPortal v1.0.2 with Blue3Wide (old), 
seco confirmed the problem on his setup with MediaPortal v1.1 SVN and 
StreamedMP skin.

Problem: cover/poster is not refreshed correctly under certain conditions.

Steps to repeat: Create a new view, but do not add any shows. Change 
layout to "Poster/List" one, and switch view to the newly created one. 
This will show a blank/black area where poster normally goes on Blue3Wide 
skin with "No items!" text, which is good.

1a. Now Exit MP-TVSeries, and go back in.
1b. The blank/black area is no longer shown, only the error text.

2a. Change view back to another one such as "All".
2b. Everything gets loaded, except the poster (assuming one exists). 
Scrolling down and back up makes poster show again.
