Use FanArt Image if Episode Image is not available

What enhancement or feature would you like?

Use a fanart image instead of episode image if episode image not yet avalable, 
instead of displaying an empty episode picture box

Please provide any additional information below.

smallspace

 yes that would be good especially in recently added and latest views especially where there are often missing episode images

Yeah, I like this idea...you actually see this implemented on http://trakt.tv. 
Would be good for people that hide spoiler thumbs as well.
