All episodes suddenly unmarked as seen #533

The latest MPTvseries build (6 days ago) suddenly marked ALL my library entries 
as unseen. When I select the show banner or the show from the list in the 
configuration and "Mark all as watched" nothing happens.

The unseen view remains the same, the banner is not removed.

I have now set it to "Only show local" to mitigate this issue somehow, but I'd 
still like this fixed please. A quick-fix will do, although others might be 
affected as well.

Please have reproducible steps and logs otherwise there is nothing we can do.
