Add dynamic seen/library sync feature #534

Adding trakt is nice, but if there are more being added I suggest to change 
this to a dynamic system somehow.

I'd love to create API methods to allow you to do the same thing on my site. I 
know at least one site that wants integration as well.

So instead of adding one site at a time, maybe this can be made dynamic somehow.

Just a suggestion, If you have no problems in integrating multiple sites 
yourselves that's fine with me as well :)

Im going to improve our external API so everything will be available from 
another plugin. We will move the follw.it and trakt support out of tvseries in 
the future.
