Check if filename field is empty when syncing library to follw.it #543

When syncing your collection to follw.it you only want to include the episodes 
that have a filename reference ie a local file.

When syncing watched, this doesnt matter but with library it may seem strange 
this being reported in your library when no local file exists...in most cases 
there are more online episode references than local episode references when 
users choose to download episode information for whole series.

I believe that sync 'have.it' is now ignoring online_episode entries with no 
local files reference, but watched is getting ignored as well. Watched should 
still sync regardless of having local file reference.
