Local support for the zip files that thetvdb API provides #548

When importing a show, the zip files such as 'en.zip' are downloaded from
thetvdb during import. On a show that is ended, such as for example Frasier
with 11 seasons, it would be nice if the en.zip file could be placed inside the
root folder of the Frasier series and that this en.zip file gets used during
import instead to speed things up (or allow an off-line import).

This would then also add support for shows that are not allowed on thetvdb
anymore, though creating these zip files manually is a daunting task, and
support of an XBMC NFO alike system might make more sense then.

The removal of 'P90X' from thetvdb made me wonder about the API zip file
support, as it seems the en.zip file is still available via:

Thread that made me curious was: http://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?t=4406

I would also want support of an XBMC NFO alike system, but would also be
satisfied with a en.zip file that gets used during import to speed things up
and to allow an off-line import. This will also open up for backup and restore
of fanart and watched status.

Normal series with Trakt may not be a big problem, but I have many own "series"
with that I would like make a backup of, like personal vacation "movies/series"
and educational series (like Photoshop courses etc) with fanart and watched
status that I would like to be able to backup. Preferably with a tool like
MovPicNFO from http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/movpicnfo.108725/
