No Fanart for a newly added series if "'Update all existing fanart on import'" in unticked #551

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set 'Update all existing fanart on import' to unticked
2. Add a new Series/Show
3. Fanart is not downloaded for the newly added series/show on import, the 
other artwork is

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Since its a newly added show, it should download the fanart
with the other artwork, 

What version of MP-TVSeries and MediaPortal are you using?
2.7, 2.8
MP 1.1.3

What Skin are you using?
StreamedMP

Fixed in r1452. Will now download missing series fanart regardless of setting.
