Rename options and messages to make their function easier to understand #557

Example:

Current in GUI = 'Only Show Local Episodes'

Wording that might make it easier for more users to understand what the 
function is:

Example #1 = 'Only Show Episodes Ready To Play'
Example #2 = 'Show Episodes you do not have (yet)' (reverse way)

Can't do #1 because that means removable media is ready to play as well but 
technically you have to go fetch the disk when prompted.

What about this reverse in the interest of keeping it short n sweet:

'Show All Episodes' (off by default as it is now)
