Regional Date format not respected in OSD #558

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable 'Use Regional Settings to Display Dates' in MP-TVSeries
2. Play an episode
3. Check Pause / Info OSD

Result:
The Date does not respect the regional settings in the OSDs. 

The Date format is correct in the episode listings etc
