Fanart is incorrectly shown in episode thumb when series has no online series id. #559

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. TVDB is down
1. Import a new Pilot episode
2. Go to Recently Added to see the show
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

episode image for pilot is the fanart cache image of another show, in my cause 
it used a fanart image from BSG, not sure why,

Since the show didnt intially import as no tvdb, it has no fanart yet, so maybe 
show a blank image

Note: same scenario if you try adding a custom series not on thetvdb.com

Occurred because we got all fanart in database when there was no fanart (but 
there is no reason why we should do that in code as we dont need to do that in 
any place). Now returns empty as it should.

Fixed in r1742.
