Ability to disable delete via GUI on shows that are set to ignore on scan #584

Shows that are set to ignore on scan for import, are usually the shows a user
would like to keep.

If that same user has 'delete via GUI' enabled, it would be nice if there was
an additional setting that would disable the delete dialog from appearing on
the series that are configured to be ignored on scan.

The delete dialog could be suppressed silently or with a dialog explaining the
action was blocked. Perhaps even a yes/no prompt to ask if the user would like
to proceed to the delete dialog with 'no' being the default action.

Reason for request is that the context menu button on my remote is right next
to the '0' for me, and context -> '3' is the way to add a series/season/episode
to playlist, but if I accidently hit the '0' and would continue pressing '3'
the results would not be pretty. Thankfully I caught myself on time (almost
killed 'Cheers'), but it would be nice if the above could be implemented to
turn 'ignore on scan' into a non-delete protection as well.

Do you think you need this now, that there is a ACTION to add item to playlist?

I think this suggestion is still worth it, for the simple reason that there
will be users that enable the 'delete via GUI' option, but at the same time
have some shows they treasure and never want to see dissapear.

Instead of adding a seperate option 'never delete', it made sense in my
thinking that the 'ignore on scan' setting could be used for the same purpose.

There have been very rare situations for me in which a network share went into
sleep mode, and I was just about to delete a show, right when import scan
finished and highlight focus was changed to the next 'online' show.

But the easy accidental deletion scenario definatly occured the most via the
context menu -> '3' (add to playlist) method and then missing the context
button and hitting '0'. So I will definatly check out that new ACTION method to
add items to playlist.
