Ability to Add Custom Artwork #588

What enhancement or feature would you like?

To have more configurable fields in the MP-TVS configuration window.

How would you expect it to work? Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images or scenarios?

The ability to add graphics is probably the most crucial one. Series, Season, 
Episode and Fan Art graphics for things theTVdb will not let us add.

This would be very useful. I have a large collection of childrens TV shows 
which in most cases have no episode numbers.

I would love to be able to self configure fanart etc and have the episodes show 
up in an alphabetical list if there were no episode numbers.

Done in r1781. Instead of add more fields for artwork, its just automatically 
picked up from disk if you have them.
