Grouping series within a view #589

Ability to group series together with a "Group Header" the way MovingPictures 
does it.

For example the "All" view could look like:

  Alphas
  Burn Notice
  Falling Skies
Sitcoms:
  Cheers
  Frasier

Indentation is used to seperate the group headers easier via text, but it could 
be done the same way MovPic does it via different color on the group header. 
But since colors are used up a lot, perhaps indentation would be a solution 
then.

It's already possible to create the above list by adjusting the sort fields 
inside config (which is what I'm using now), but the headers would give more 
clarification, especially if multiple groups are shown within the same view.

Not possible at the moment as skinners make use of all the item properties for 
the facade control already in tvseries so there is nothing left to use for 
group headers. MediaPortal needs to add more customization for this.
