PIN-Timeout option to count elapsed time different. #593

Option to only count towards expired time for the PIN-timeout only when viewing 
the GUI, not during playback.

If that is not easy to achieve, then an option to only start the PIN-timeout 
counter when you exit out of the PIN protected view.

The current system works, but is a little hard to work with. A short time-out 
value gives a high protection, but then it constantly requires re-entering the 
PIN code after 1 or more episodes are watched back-to-back. And a very high 
time-out value to compensate for that makes the protection part of this setting 
less useful.
