Option to not ignore show on scan when it is hidden #599

When a show is made 'hidden', it is now automatically marked as 'ignore on 
scan'. It would be nice if this behaviour (this did not happen on older 
versions) could be adjusted via another option.

On a large list of shows, it is sometimes nice to be able to hide a show when 
the season is over and it usually takes 6+ months for next season to start. 
With the new behaviour the show remains hidden, eventhough new episodes are 
added.

When a show is 'Ended', I do not mind (actually prefer), that it is also set to 
'ignore on scan'. But any show that is 'Continuing' should have an additional 
option that will not mark it as 'ignoge on scan' when it is changed to be 
hidden.
