Extra option to force local scan when remote shares are scanned #600

Under 'General' -> "Watch my Import folders for changes automatically" there is 
the option to "Scan remote shares every X minutes".

It would solve a few problems if there was an additional option that would 
include a way to force a local scan after this remote share scan completed.
