What enhancement or feature would you like?
A way to see all episodes in a list, instead of only season-based lists.

From your request I didn't understand if you want:

1) Series -> All Episodes of selected serie OR
2) All episodes of all series

I suppose you could make a custom view without filters to show all episodes you 
have, which would solve 2). 

MP-TVSeries has a set of rules to follow when navigating your TVShows. For 1) 
to work, some pretty major stuff has to change. And to change this existing, 
stable underlying architecture would be very hard and time consuming job. Plus, 
AFAIK, this might be the first request for such functionality, so I don't see 
it very popular either. So...probably not gonna happen, sorry.

I got some inside info that even 1) can be solved by using custom view defined 
like:

series<;><;><;><nextStep>episode<;><;><Episode.EpisodeIndex>;asc<;>

So.. share your experiences after trying ;)
