Automatically load actor infos for each series #617

What enhancement or feature would you like?
Instead of loading the extended actors info on demand when showing the details, 
automatically load them on import.

Thanks for the patch bgmeiner. Done r1987.

Note: we could extend this to also look at the actors.xml (which is already 
downloaded on series updates) and check if the existing database is up to date. 
If it's not we can commit the latest records to the database and download 
thumbs.

This would be best as an additional option as it could potentially be a long 
process depending on number of series. I think the above is a good start though.
