When changing views, always return to the initial view listing #619

What enhancement or feature would you like?
Example

Say your in Favourites (but you dont know that as there is no view indicator 
when your in a episode list for a season / series.

If you then Change View, and select favourites, nothing happens (as you are 
already in favourites)

How would you expect it to work? Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images or scenarios?

I reakon it would be better if no matter if you in that view or not, if you 
select a view, it should always load that view first screen

Example, im in Dexter Season 4 episode list in favourites
Currently: if i click select change view, favourites, nothing happens
Suggested: return it to the series list in favourites instead

Why not just have the selected color highlight in the Views Menu so you know 
the current one you are in.

Also Skins can display what view they are in if they want to.

In r1940, the current view/layout is now in a different colour to clearly 
indicate which is current.
