Episode deletes don't get synced to follw.it #633

When an episode is deleted, this event should be synced to follw.it, so that 
the episode can be removed from the user's follw.it collection.

In the follwit api v2, this can be accomplished by calling BulkAction (just 
like with add's) except with InCollection = false instead of true.
